VBS is coming!

VBS, vacation bible school will be upon us before you know it (July 9-13). It is time to start thinking about whether you might be able/willing to volunteer! There are many opportunities to get involved from baking cookies to being a Small Group Leader. It is also a great time to pre-register your child(ren)!

Thursday, April 26 – 7PM – Point of Impact

Each year Bethany College’s Point of Impact, ministry team, memorizes a portion of scripture.  This scripture memorization serves as the main focus of their ministry and it is woven together with a mix of powerful music designed to assist your congregation in encountering Christ. In recent years, they have memorized the Epistle of 1 John, Epistle of James, and several of the parables of Jesus.   In addition, this team is made up of very gifted musicians and has in its repertoire songs designed to work in any ministry setting. Jennae Marriott, from our congregation, is a member of this team.

Friday, April 27 – 7PM – COURAGEOUS, the movie.

We are doing a second showing of this entertaining and uplifting film. It is a great chance for a family-friendly night on the town.

The movie is about four police officers struggling with their faith and their role as husbands and fathers. Together, they make a decision that will change all their lives.

Rated PG13 for some violence and drug content.

Community Movie Night

Come out for an evening of family-friendly entertainment! We will be showing the movie “COURAGEOUS” in our gym, Friday, March 23 @ 7:00PM.

The movie is about four police officers struggling with their faith and their role as husbands and fathers. Together, they make a decision that will change all their lives.

Bring your friends and family, and join us for this though-provoking and heartwarming feature. This film is rated PG13 for some violence and drug content.

Reminder to everyone that the church is open for Family Day. Come out for some exciting crafts, story reading, a puppet show, and a delicious lunch! Bring your family and friends! Doors open at 9:00AM.
